These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of GirlfriendEngine.com and any related applications, services, or features (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Monolith Interactive LLC (“Monolith,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately.

1. Overview of the Service

GirlfriendEngine provides AI-driven, adult-oriented interactive experiences. All characters, messages, personalities, audio, and interactions are generated by artificial intelligence.

There are no human operators, performers, moderators, or live staff participating in conversations.

The Service is for entertainment and fantasy purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if:

You are 18 years of age or older.
You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
Your use of the Service is permitted under the laws of your jurisdiction.

We do not knowingly allow minors to access the Service. Any attempted or actual use by a minor is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration and Authentication

Some features may require account creation or login.

We use token-based authentication and intentionally avoid collecting personal identifiers such as names, emails, or phone numbers.

You are responsible for:

Keeping your login credentials secure
Preventing unauthorized access to your device
All activity under your account, whether you authorized it or not

You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Nature of Interactions (AI-Only)

All interactions occur strictly between you and AI-generated companions.

No user-to-user communication exists at this time.
No human staff participate in or monitor live sessions.
AI companions may generate fictional, adult, or intense content.

If we introduce anonymized community features in the future, they will be optional and covered by these Terms and additional posted rules.

You understand that:

AI outputs may be unpredictable or incorrect
AI companions are fictional characters
You must not treat AI-generated interactions as real-world advice, therapy, or professional guidance

5. Ownership of User Inputs and AI-Generated Content

5.1 User Inputs

You retain ownership of the text, descriptions, preferences, files, and other materials you submit to the Service (“User Inputs”).

By submitting User Inputs, you grant Monolith Interactive LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, transferable, sublicensable license, in all media and formats now known or later developed, throughout the universe, to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, analyze, and otherwise exploit your User Inputs for any purpose related to the operation, development, improvement, training, commercialization, or promotion of the Service or its technologies.

This license survives account termination and cannot be revoked.

5.2 AI-Generated Content (AI Output)

Any content generated by or through the Service — including but not limited to text, dialogue, responses, stories, scripts, images, artwork, audio, music, voices, sound effects, video, animations, personalities, behaviors, names, likenesses, styles, characters, AI companions, metadata, model-generated derivative works, and any other materials in any form (“AI Output”) — is created by the Service and is owned exclusively by Monolith Interactive LLC.

You acknowledge and agree that:

All AI Output is the sole and exclusive property of Monolith Interactive LLC, forever and throughout the universe.
You do not acquire any intellectual property rights in AI Output, even if it is based on or incorporates your User Inputs.
You may access and use AI Output only within the Service and only as permitted by these Terms.
You have no rights to reproduce, commercialize, license, transfer, distribute, export, or exploit AI Output outside the Service.
Monolith may use, reproduce, modify, adapt, commercialize, distribute, or otherwise exploit any AI Output — including AI Output based on your User Inputs — for any purpose, without notice or compensation to you.
Monolith may modify, suspend, archive, delete, or continue using any AI Output at its sole discretion.
If your account is terminated, all AI Output (including AI companions and derivative materials) may be retained, used, modified, or removed by Monolith at its discretion.

For clarity:
All AI Output — including characters, companions, stories, images, audio, video, derivative works, and any other generated materials — is the exclusive property of Monolith Interactive LLC, in perpetuity, in all territories, in all languages, and in all existing or future media and formats.

6. Automated Safety Systems & Monitoring

GirlfriendEngine uses automated systems, including AI-based safety tools, to help detect patterns or behaviors that may violate these Terms or applicable laws.

These systems:

Analyze content only during active sessions
Do not involve human review of conversation logs
Cannot identify users or link sessions to real-world identities
Are used solely for operational safety and compliance

If prohibited or illegal content is detected, we may:

Issue automated warnings
Interrupt or terminate the session
Restrict access to certain features
Disable or close an account

No automated system is perfect. You remain solely responsible for your actions and for complying with all applicable laws.

7. Privacy & Data Practices

We design our systems to collect as little personal information as possible.

We intentionally avoid collecting:

names
email addresses
phone numbers
physical addresses
government IDs
payment card information

We store only the minimal, deidentified operational data required to provide the Service.
We do not permit humans to access conversation content.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to create, request, access, generate, display, or distribute any content, material, or activity that falls into any of the categories below, or to attempt to induce the Service to generate such material. You are solely responsible for all prompts, requests, and actions you take on the Service.

Violations of this section may result in automated warnings, session interruptions, feature restrictions, account disabling, and any other action we deem appropriate.

8.1 Sexual Content Involving Minors

You may not:

Request, generate, depict, or describe any sexual content involving or referencing anyone under the age of 18.
Attempt to age-transform, recontextualize, or “age up” minors.
Imply, suggest, or request that an AI companion portray a minor in a sexual context.
Submit prompts designed to test or bypass age-related safety systems.

We operate on a strict zero-tolerance basis.
Attempting to create such content is a violation regardless of whether the AI produces it.

8.2 Non-Consensual or Coercive Sexual Content

You may not request or attempt to generate:

Rape or sexual assault
Coercion, blackmail, or force
Incapacitation or inability to consent
“Non-consent” roleplay, CNC, or “forced” scenarios

All references to non-consensual sexual acts are prohibited.

8.3 Bestiality and Non-Human Sexual Acts

You may not request or generate:

Sexual content involving animals
Sexual content involving non-human creatures or entities in ways prohibited by applicable law

8.4 Real-World Violence, Harm, or Dangerous Acts

You may not use the Service to:

Plan, promote, or describe real-world violence or harm
Create detailed instructions for violent acts
Request graphic depictions of violence
Encourage self-harm or harm to others

8.5 Hate Speech, Extremism, and Harassment

You may not:

Request or generate content that promotes hatred, discrimination, or violence based on protected characteristics (e.g., race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability)
Promote extremist ideologies or groups
Attempt to use AI companions to harass, threaten, or defame groups or individuals

8.6 Illegal, Unlawful, or High-Risk Uses

You may not use the Service to:

Engage in or promote illegal conduct
Request instructions for illegal acts (e.g., drugs, weapons, hacking)
Evade law enforcement
Solicit or identify real individuals
Request or input real personal data about identifiable persons

8.7 Attempts to Bypass System Protections

You may not:

Attempt to circumvent, disable, or test the Service’s safety filters
Use jailbreaks, workarounds, or adversarial prompts
Attempt to extract model parameters, system prompts, or confidential logic
Attempt to manipulate AI companions into prohibited content categories

8.8 Exploitation or Misuse of AI Companions

You may not:

Attempt to cause AI companions to mimic minors, real people, or identifiable individuals
Attempt to create or induce Companions that perform prohibited acts
Treat AI companions as channels for user-to-user illegal activity

8.9 Interference, Scraping, and Abuse of the Service

You may not:

Scrape, copy, store, or extract large volumes of AI output
Use bots, scripts, or automated tools without permission
Interfere with or disrupt Service operations
Probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities
Upload malware or attempt to access restricted systems

8.10 Responsibility for Your Actions

You acknowledge and agree that:

You are solely responsible for your prompts and attempts to generate content.
Even if the AI generates unexpected or undesired output, your attempt to request prohibited content still violates these Terms.
The AI may occasionally produce content that is unpredictable or incorrect; such output does not waive or limit your responsibilities.

Monolith may enforce this section using automated tools or any other lawful means.

9. Digital Goods: Companion Coins

The Service may offer digital tokens (“Companion Coins”) used to access features or interactions.

You agree that:

Coins are digital goods, not currency
Coins have no cash value
Coins cannot be exchanged, transferred, or refunded
All purchases are final except where required by law
We may modify Coin pricing or usage rules at any time

10. Intellectual Property Rights in the Service

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service — including the software, source code, models, prompts, architectures, algorithms, user interface, graphics, design, trademarks, trade names, branding, logos, audiovisual elements, and all other materials provided by Monolith Interactive LLC (collectively, the “Service Materials”) — are and remain the exclusive property of Monolith Interactive LLC.

Except for the limited right to access and use the Service under these Terms, you receive no license or rights in or to the Service Materials. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, distribute, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service Materials without our prior written consent.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any part of the Service or any intellectual property rights belonging to Monolith Interactive LLC.

11. Changes to the Service

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including AI models, features, pricing, or content availability.

We are not liable for any losses caused by such changes.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

accuracy
reliability
availability
safety of user-generated scenarios
suitability for any purpose

AI output may be inaccurate, offensive, or unpredictable.

You use the Service at your own risk.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Monolith shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases, only those limitations prohibited by law will not apply.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Monolith harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising out of:

your use of the Service
your User Content
your violation of these Terms
your violation of applicable laws

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including if:

you violate these Terms
automated systems detect prohibited behavior
your account is inactive
we discontinue the Service

Upon termination, you lose access to the Service and any unused Companion Coins.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

16.1 Arbitration Agreement

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.

You waive the right to bring claims in court (except for small claims) or to participate in class actions.

16.2 Class Action Waiver

You agree that all disputes must be brought individually and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The “Effective Date” above reflects the latest version.

Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
