1. Please provide as much identifying information about the reported content as possible, including but not limited to:

• The specific URL or location of the content you are reporting
• A description detailing your concern with the reported content
• The date and time you encountered the reported content
• Any identifying information about the user responsible for the content

2. Please provide any other information that may be helpful for us to investigate your complaint.

All reported complaints will be resolved within 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email upon submission. Any information you provide here will not be stored in the Girlfriend Engine system or associated with any Girlfriend Engine account.
