GirlfriendEngine Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all access to, and use of, GirlfriendEngine products, including conversational AI, Meet, Talk, video, and any companion services (collectively, the "Services"). It incorporates and is governed by the Terms of Service, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy. If a conflict exists, the Terms of Service or Terms of Use control.

1. Eligibility & Account Integrity

• You must be 18+ and legally authorized to view adult content in your jurisdiction.
• Maintain accurate profile information and do not share accounts with minors or unauthorized parties.
• Immediately report suspected compromise to support@monolithinteractive.net.

2. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You agree not to use the Services to:

1. Engage in illegal activity — including trafficking, exploitation, harassment, money laundering, or solicitation of minors.
2. Depict or role-play minors — any reference to minors, incest, or non-consensual acts is strictly forbidden.
3. Promote violence or hate — no incitement, extremist propaganda, threats, or hate speech targeting protected classes.
4. Distribute malware or spam — no attempts to inject malicious code, perform phishing, or send unauthorized marketing.
5. Circumvent safeguards — do not disable filters, probe infrastructure, brute-force accounts, or misuse APIs.
6. Resell or scrape the Service — automated scraping, data exfiltration, or unapproved commercial resale is prohibited.

3. User-Generated Content Monitoring

• Inputs and outputs may be filtered, logged, and reviewed under the Content Moderation Policy.
• We retain moderation logs consistent with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
• Compliance reviews may be shared with payment partners, underwriting, or law enforcement when required.

4. Rate Limits & Technical Restrictions

• Respect published rate limits, session quotas, and fair-use caps.
• Do not employ automation that materially degrades platform performance or availability.
• Security testing requires prior written authorization from GirlfriendEngine.

5. Enforcement Framework

Violations may result in:

• Real-time blocking of prompts or responses
• Feature limitations or account throttling
• Temporary suspension or permanent termination
• Referral to law enforcement or payment partners when mandated

Appeals can be initiated via support@monolithinteractive.net. Appeals are reviewed by compliance personnel who were not part of the original action.

6. Reporting & Cooperation

• Use Report an Issue or Support to notify us of suspicious or prohibited activity. Include timestamps or session IDs when available.
• We cooperate with lawful investigations and retain the right to disclose information consistent with our Privacy Policy.

7. Updates

We may revise this AUP to reflect regulatory guidance, underwriting feedback, or product changes. Material updates will be posted on-site and, when appropriate, communicated to affected users.

Continued use of GirlfriendEngine confirms your ongoing agreement to this AUP, the Terms of Service, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and any regional disclosures.
